Return Policies

If you need to return a product, please email rebecca@rosequartz-spatique.com within 24 hours of receiving product. We will not accept returns based on the following:

  • Allergic Reactions
  • General Dissatisfaction
  • Opened/Used products
  • Sample Kits/Skincare kits

Derma Spatique is not responsible for any lost or stolen package. All shipping claims will need to be filed by the customer with the shipping company used. If your product was damaged in transit please file a claim with the shipping company that was used.
