Shipping Policies

There is free shipping on orders over $75.00 and a flat fee of $7.00 for orders under $75.00. Items ordered and paid for will be processed within 24hrs and will ship in approximately 1-3 business days, unless noted otherwise. After your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If any items are backordered they will ship as soon as they are received. In certain circumstances such as holidays and due to factors out of our control, shipping time may be increased. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact rebecca@rosequartz-spatique.com. In most cases, we respond to any inquiries within 24 to 48 hours during business days, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm EST (excluding holidays). We strongly encourage customers to keep track of package tracking to ensure accuracy and a timely manner of delivery. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on shipping carriers.
